Personality: Jessica is cheerful and friendly with a helpful attitude. She can get along well with just about anyone but particularly enjoys working with young people, hence her desire to teach. She is not all sunshine and smiles though, when properly motivated she can be calculating and ruthless. She is a great friend and a terrible foe.
Background: Jessica was born and spent her early childhood years on the east coast of America. When her X-gene started to manifest at puberty her parents were shocked, but supportive. They got as much information on mutation as they could and eventually sent Jessica to Xavier's School for the Gifted. She spent many years there, and eventually graduated. After high school she moved out west to attend college and earn her teaching degree. She has been taught mostly in the public school system and enjoyed it very much, but was unable to refuse the offer from Sunshine Academy to come teach it's young mutants.

Ki Control- Incredible(40) control over her own natural energies and biorhythms.
*Ki Armor- Good(10) Armor vs all damage.
*Ki Strike- Hands/Feet glow with energy. They do +10 damage and have Incredible(40) Armor for themselves only.
*Ki Blasts- Fantastic(30) damage.
*Ki Sphere- Roll Chi control to generate an invisible wall of force that expands out from Jess in all directions. On a Green it has Fantastic(30) strength with which to push. -2 on a Green and +2 on a Red. It can push up to 10 feet on the turn it is activated. It can be continued for additional turns without a roll but she may take no other actions. It expands at 5 feet per round. The field does no damage to things that it can move, only things that are fixed in place and weaker than the strength of the field. If the field is stronger than the ground, the ground will crater, and Jess will hover in place until she ceases the field and then fall. The field is for Jess only but she may be able to include one or two people she is holding close. Jess has Armor equal to the pushing strength of the field while it is up.
*Ki Boost- As a free action, Jessica can spend 10 HP to increase her Fighting and Agility by +1cs till the end of the round. She can do this multiple times, and it stacks, but she must mind the cost.
Zen Mastery- Fantastic(30); Jessica has learned to manipulate her mental energies in lieu of her life energies for powerful results. Jess's psi-energy is purple.
*Levitate- Jessica can levitate at 5mph without a roll in any direction.
*PsiKi Punch- Fists crackle with purple lightning and punches do Psionic/Electric damage.
*Psi-Bolt- Target-seeking bolts of psi energy deal Remarkable(20) damage and are at +3CS to hit.
*Mind's Eye- Qi has a 6th sense that informs her of her surroundings. She takes no penalty from being blinded or deafened.
*Zen Power- Jess can spend 3 points of Mental Health in place of 1 point of HP to activate Techniques (but not Ki Boost).

Fracture Point- Using just the tips of her fingers, Jessica can harmonize against the structure of stone. Roll Zen Mastery. A Yellow destroys a 3-foot radius of material.

Lion Jaws- At the price of 20 HP, Jess can fire a golden blast that does Amazing(60) damage. Power Attack costs 10 hp extra.
Tiger's Claw- Spend 20 HP, roll Fighting. Melee attack with giant orange energy claws deals Amazing(60) slashing damage with Remarkable(20) Armor Piercing. Power Attack costs 10 HP extra.
Monkey God Strikes- Announce this power. It has no supernatural visible effect. Full-round action. Make one attack at full base Fighting. If it misses, Qi's turn ends. If it hits, attack again at +1cs to Fighting. Repeat.
Shrieking Eagle- for 10 HP, Jess can move to a point up to 100 feet away and hover there long enough to do a full round of attacks. If she does not use special attacks, her attacks do Slashing/Ki damage. This is a free action. Jess rockets into the air on screaming wings of blue energy.
Phoenix Egg- Full-round action. Roll Chi Control. If successful, Jess can take no other actions this turn and is encased in a blue ovoid field that grants her Remarkable(20) armor. She cannot dodge while in the shell. On a Yellow, this restores Incredible(40) HP.
Thundering Hedgehog- for 10 HP, fire a dark blue sphere of energy covered in spikes. It does Incredible(40) damage with Fantastic(30) Armor Piercing.
Dragon Roar- A multicolored deluge of flamelike energy dealing Ki and Fire damage. Before attacking, spend at least 10 HP. Every 10 HP makes the initial attack do 20 damage. If the attack hits, Jess can then spend any number of HP; each point she spends adds 1 additional point of damage. No Power Attacks or Called Shots.
Heavenly Palm- for 30 HP, Jess throws an attack in the form of an enormous invisible wall of force shaped like an open palm. It deals Monstrous(100) damage. On a Red, instead of additional damage, she may choose to restore the HP she spent on this. This attack leaves giant hand-shaped craters and is hence very destructive to the surroundings. Anyone whose Strength (or whatever is holding them in place) is Incredible or less ends up in the crater, or 100 feet away if there is no barrier within range,
Fissure- By channeling Wood-based energies and striking the ground, Qi may split open the earth. Roll Fighting. On a Yellow she opens a crack Incredible(40) feet long. It is half as deep as it is long and a quarter as wide. Any in line with the fissure must roll Agility or tumble into it. This does not work on fluid ground like sand or mud or on non-earthen floors such as metal or wood. Unless, she has some sort of loophole...
Psi-Spy Eye- (Zen Technique) Roll Zen Mastery to create a floating eyeball of psionic energy. Jess sees what the eye sees, and the eye sees visible spectrum light and flowing chi. The eye has Incredible(40) Agility and Fighting, Shift0(2) Strength and Endurance. On a Yellow it has 40 hit points. It cannot attack. It flies at Poor airspeed (60mph). It can be banished at any time but Jess takes 10 damage if it is destroyed.
Yuki-Onna Touch- Roll Fighting to touch the target. Jess uses her own Ki to push the Ki out of her target. It deals 1 point of Cold damage for every HP she spends after landing the touch. This attack has 100% Armor Piercing unless that armor is specifically vs Ki-type attacks. This only works on living things.
Crane Kick- This maneuver requires no special powers. Full-round action. This attack cannot be dodged. +10 damage.
