Appearance: Aside from his unusual eyes, Majeh doesn't terribly stand out from the regular populace. His light brown hair is cute short and spikey, he has a kind face, plus a slim and athletic build. Commonly he wears casual clothing, tee shirt and jeans held up by a leather belt, running shoes or cross trainers.
His eyes stand out however. They aren't grey or brown or blue or green, they're instead perfect yin-yangs, as if he was wearing contact lenses or had ridiculously awesome glass eyes. On Majeh's spine, between his shoulder blades, there is also a yin-yang tattoo that could conceivably be described as perfectly done.
Personality: A kind and gentle man, one who can get along well with plenty of people if they aren't trying to rub him the wrong way. However, it can show at times that he has fairly different morals than society, no pity for deviants or criminals, and not so much compassion for those who cannot move on from terrible things done to them.
Background: Growing up, Majeh had seen a great deal of Asia, from Tibet, through China, Korea, and even Japan. After all, that's where he found himself stranded after his parents were killed and he found himself lost at a young age in a not so easy place to survive in.
Luckily for young Majeh, he was soon taken in as an orphan in a Shaolin monastery, where he was renamed and given an identity as an orphan, primarily because Majeh was so young he couldn't remember his family name, or even much about his home, when he'd been asked. He certainly remembered, and told the monks that he had witnessed his parents murder.
His treatment within the monastery was fair, though there wasn't terribly room for a child, Majeh worked hard to be useful with his childhood innocence stripped from him like a bad road rash. Learning both the martial arts and the search for inner peace became something he was used to, something that took him away from painful memories and lost paths in life. Maybe it would be better?
Sadly, this didn't last long for Majeh, roughly when he was ten the monastery was closed due to various problems, and it's personage spread to other area's requiring staff, Majeh originally was just along for the ride. Having been moved to a proper Bhuddist temple, with no martial training, and a regimen better suited to 'old men' than young boys of approximately ten years, Majeh found himself chaffed in such a place, his youthful energy having no means of release.
Soon Majeh was being bounced around through Shaolin monastery's of those who remembered him, and introduced to Kung-Fu schools at times, but he was only becoming a quicker learner, and a troubled student who tried hard. Meditation was not quite enough to quell the deep anger in his heart, and that in turn would reflect as physical aggression in training. This hindered him in other ways. Recognizing this, some of his teachers recommended him back into Bhuddist care as an attempt to quell his raging emotions and balance him out.
This attempt was also unsuccessful. However, good did come of it. One fairly wise, and older, monk said that perhaps it would be best for Majeh to start a pilgrimage for self discipline, and train anywhere he could along with his travels. He was gifted equipment and clothing necessary to survive the seasons, and thus this... roughly thirteen year old boy was sent out into the world, to walk through the orient with little more than clothes and a passport. Yup, he sure as hell wasn't their problem any more.
Preteen Majeh was actually pretty psyched up to have been given so much responsibility, not exactly realizing that the only thing he was responsible for was himself, but the monk had talked it up quite well(The reality being that monk 'had' seen something in Majeh that would bloom with such a pilgrimage). However, teenager Majeh had started to think that he was simply a problem the Shaolin and Bhuddist communities had dumped into society. All said and done, Majeh was no longer 'just' a kid, he was capable, well versed in philosophy, and could hold himself in a fight despite his young age.
Majeh traveled far, learning more and more of things that sure as hell weren't the sciences. It was when he'd scrounged the money to travel to Japan that things perhaps got the most interesting for him, and this is 'after' he'd watched his parents die, mind you.
With study, some luck, and footwork(walking), Majeh found a temple in Japan that taught authentic ki techniques. Of course, Majeh understood Feng Shui, and its Japanese counterpart and what it all could do roughly, however he'd never been taught in practice. With time and a lot of the patience instilled in him in his upbringing, Majeh began to learn how to express his 'large wealth of ki potential' as the head of the monastery had put it.
Perhaps Majeh have been a little more forthcoming with his growing up when he had been asked, he had instead hidden his impetuous streak incredibly well. Because there is indeed a lot of harm one could do to themselves if not properly trained, Majeh 'was' warned to make sure he was observed to ensure he didn't damage himself. Well, Majeh went ahead anyways, as he opened up more and more to it he began to practice and push limits outside of supervision. Of course, Majeh proved that the warnings had plenty of reasoning, as he tested his limits he pushed to far, and succeeded in burning out one of the gates in his ki flow. This expertly disrupted Majeh's ability to perform any of the techniques he'd been learning, to use this power, and in fact to even function as a normal human being!
Majeh was left as something almost a husk, the aftershock having left him with very little emotional feeling, putting him in a rather zombie like state. Thankfully, as a temple involved in the supernatural teachings, a Taoist was summoned to assist in Majeh's slowly moving recuperation. Between the head monk, the Taoist, and a few others, it was deemed it would likely be years before Majeh would make a full recovery, decades even if he didn't redevelop his personality and strive to repair the damage himself.
The Taoist had an idea, if the damaged gate and disrupted energy flow through the body was the issue, it would simply need to be circumvented and worked around. Using instruments that modern man can't possibly fathom, and with approval of those who performed the examination, the Taoist went to work inscribing a tattoo on Majeh's back, infusing it with the powers to channel the energies that were running amok and damming up inside Majeh's body.
The work took quite some time, but even before its completion its effect could visibly be noted as Majeh began to move and react to things as well as visibly show that it hurt some(more accurately, a lot). Once the procedure was finished Majeh was moving about again under his own will, after a few days he was even showering and taking care of himself again.
Majeh was a success story, even if one that began from a failure, from things having gone nearly as badly as they could be expected to go, to making a full recovery in roughly a year. Emotionally he was changed, of course. Suspicions fell that the Taoist 'may' have done something or other to change Majeh's personality through the tattoo, as the boy was now better tempered, like a sword in the forge. However, while his recovery proceeded fine over the course of the year, Majeh made no progress in learning once more to control his ki, the Taoist's marking prevented the training he'd already gained to be of any use, and with the changes, nothing really worked anymore. But hey, he was alive, right?
The Taoist returned at the year mark, to see how Majeh had progressed, and expressed surprise at how well Majeh had recovered, as well as the issues Majeh was now suffering from in his training. The best option seemed to be the most obvious, it was time for Majeh to continue his pilgrimage, now at the side of the Taoist.
Wrong! The Taoist had nothing of the sort on his mind. Instead, he offered to Majeh to open up the powers of the Taoist mark on Majeh's back, the powers would be quicker to learn and easier to master, since the worst part is usually getting the damn thing put on in the first place, and they'd refine his energy use better. The disclaimer being that there could very well be side effects to his doing this, and Majeh was already at the prime of health and recovered.
While the whole experience had tempered him fairly well, Majeh still had some of that good old impetuousness in him yet. He took the offer. The resulting process was ridiculously short, and everything that the Taoist has claimed it would be, quick, easy, little training required, and with side effects! With a weeks training Majeh had the basics of the new powers pretty well understood and reasonably under control. However, walking around was suddenly a challenge because his eyes had changed so drastically.
With the powers of Yin and Yang opened to him, his iris' had also turned into the symbols. Now Majeh actually see's the world in a grayscale facsimile of Yin and Yang, 'and' he has four pupils, two in each eye. Figure that one out. Either way, figuring out how to look at people with all those swirling energies of good and evil inside them, let alone 'everything' in the world, has been a challenge. Every so often Majeh still isn't sure what he's looking at, this can cause him to appear to grope around as if blind at times. In some places, he might as well be.
The Taoist was soon on his way, and a month later Majeh thanks the temple for all of their assistance and patience with him, and moved on as well. He continued to refine his understanding of his powers, and this time around did so very carefully, there was no one to assist if he botched it this time around.
After more training in various dojo's in Japan, studying various styles and their subtle nuances, Majeh felt it was perhaps time to see America, and with money he scraped together got himself on a boat over the sea to Los Angeles.
Thus began one of the more deplorable stages in Majeh's life. That's right, he goes from homeless and jobless and walking one of the biggest country sides in the world, to the country of good living and profit and he quite quickly realizes things here are 'worse' for him than when he roved about looking to pick fights. In the Orient people knew about fighting, it gave him something to do that he understood, and a goal to keep in mind. Here in America, the idea of moving from Dojo to Dojo looking to train required cold hard cash, rather than fighting the head of the Dojo to see if you could learn anything, and most the trainers really did not take it seriously in the martial arts world. Christianity was everyone, and Majeh couldn't take the religion seriously after three different preachers said three conflicting things about their religion. It took him a long time to find a Buddhist Temple of any kind, and it was a great relief to him.
One of the most annoying things, was that back in Japan, people did an excellent job of not pointing out something was up with his eyes, some maybe even had a vague idea what they were about. In America, he's hearing repetitive comments about them, and someone's actually attempted to take them out for him, calling him a freak!
Quite quickly, Majeh soon found that he couldn't continue on in America like he had in Asia, finding capable fighters to test himself against, and learn from, simply got him nowhere. Most people couldn't hit a post unless their pants had fallen down. Majeh soon despaired, and found himself in a Buddhist temple, contemplating this particular issue he was faced against, when he was approached by a pair of Vindicator agents, asking him to join their cause to help create a better world! Or LA at least. Further contemplating the idea, Majeh agreed to join. It was a noble cause, a band-wagon he'd jumped on more than once, and the idea carried great merit.
Besides...
Worst case scenario, if things really went south with it, he'd just pack up his things and leave like he usually did. Right?

Source of Income- Vindicator payroll
Origin of Powers: Yin Yang tattoo on Majeh's back, theoretically cannot be removed without Majeh's death.
Powers: Majeh's powers are based largely upon using the raw energy of Yin and Yang, distilled from his own essence and that of his surroundings, and channeled into his weapons, a Chinese Dao sword, and the choice pistol of Hollywood badasses, a Desert Eagle .50 cal.
Summon Weapons- While moving the weapons around with him through the countryside and across borders can be a challenge, Majeh by some power can summon his weapons into his hands, he has yet to explain how.
Yang- Powers of the lighter side of life, infused into a pistol. The pistol functions without ammo, and cannot in fact carry bullets. Instead the pistol is charged with a bullet of Yang energy and fired. The energy itself is harmless until Majeh decides upon its intended characteristics and purpose before firing, after firing the bullet cannot be changed. The weapon always has increased effect against creatures aligned against the concepts covered by Yang(characterized as Heaven, air, light, heat, the sun, creation, etc.).
*Force Bullet- It's a proper bullet, only with knockback.
*Soundburst- Upon striking it's intended target, the shot creates a loud thunderclap to stun targets with working auditory senses and distract things that function primarily by tremorsense, causes no other effect.
*Armour Piercing- Intended for penetration, acts probably the most bullet like.
*Healing Explosion- "Oh Christ it-! Doesn't feel so bad..." This shot erupts upon contact to heal anything within a ten foot radius and bestow a temporary regeneration upon them. The bullet can also drop the 'explosion' part of the effect to heal a target for double the initial amount. This cannot return the death back to life, but it will make a corpse look prettier. It can cleanse the soul, heal sickness, helps with bloating, broken bones, sore muscles, but won't fix your catgirl who's in heat or other pheromone issues. Only works on the living.
Yin- Powers of the darker side of existence, infused into a sword. The sword is a sword, and is wrapped in dark energies of the Yin, the weapon itself is incredibly endurant, if not unbreakable, with an edge that never dulls. It is naturally more effective against creatures aligned against the concepts covered by the Yin(characterized as Earth, darkness, cold, the moon, completion or death, etc.). Unlike the Yang powers, the Yin powers are in constant effect, the only one of the stunts may be selected at the start of a round.
*Force Wave- Swinging the blade in an arc in front of himself and emitting a wave of Yin energy spreads the pain for an extended range around himself. This effect may only occur with the first swing of the round.
*Infinite Edge- The energies around the blade form an edge in front of the blades edge, giving it a better cutting ability, and penetrating armour far more effectively.
*Infusion- The energies around the blade loosely wrap around the sword, but when something is cut the Yin will pursue the damage, infusing the target with a physical weakness and lethargy that will last for minutes.
Eyes- Majeh's eyes see the world as the ebb and flow of energies in all things, rather than as light and colour. He can make out things on the other side of solid objects and walls within about three feet.
*Non-Light Vision- Night has almost no visual difference to Majeh than day, and thus he suffers no penalties for visual acuity in dark conditions. Majeh can also see roughly three feet past solid objects such as walls, cars, people, and glass. However, as Majeh cannot actually see light, he cannot see any further past a glass window pane or any such beyond this range.
*Four Pupils- Majeh actually has great ability to tell distances with his new eyes, and his depth perception only requires one eye be open, making it easier to lead a target.
*Aura Reading- Majeh's vision breaks everything essentially down to it's essence of yin and yang. Everything. Because of this he can gain a rough measure of a person's worth when looking at them, anything plaguing their systems from physical poisons to spiritual ailments, and their emotional state.
Equipment:
Desert Eagle Magnum .50 cal- Chosen weapon of most Hollywood badasses. Due to Majeh's powers being run so regularly through the gun he can summon it at will, and the weapon can no longer hold regular ammunition, it may only be fired with his powers.
Chinese Dao sword- A ancient Chinese sword used in many wars previous, Majeh has been using this weapon for some time in his martial training, and it is heavily infused with his powers.
Weaknesses:
Lightblind- Majeh cannot see light as light. He is completely unable to tell colour, needs time to read anything on paper that isn't handwritten, cannot view anything on a computer screen or a reflection in glass or a mirror, and cannot see anything through glass beyond the 3 foot range of his Non-Light Vision.
Lacking Education- Majeh has no ability above rudimentary math, no teaching of modern medicine or science, and can't driving anything more complex than a bicycle.
Contacts: No one on this side of the world, though Majeh has made himself aware of the who's who in various oriental religious sects in the Los Angeles area.
Knowledges: Majeh knows a great deal about Martial Arts, varying Oriental religions, philosophy, and the energies of the world. He has studied ancient herbal medicine, the five elements and plenty of history from the Orient. Speaks various languages, including Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tai, Korean, English, and German, and can read braille.
Skills: Martial Arts training, with and without weapons. Excellent marksman with a pistol, but no training with anything heavier. Wilderness survival experience in various climates.
Notable Notes: While Majeh is light blind, he 'can' make out light to an extent, as light is tied to yang, objects look lightly 'yang'er when light is cast upon them based upon intensity, this slight difference is how Majeh can read printed labels and printed paper. Handwriting carries emotion from the mind of the writer down to the pen/pencil tip, and is much easier for Majeh to catch the difference between the writing and the page. As glass tends to distort any light it is impossible for Majeh to make out anything he's seeing in glass, especially if anything is moving beyond the pane or in the reflection.
