Costume: Stellar wears a tight glittery gold bodysuit that makes her sparkle like a disc ball! She also decotates her cheeks with big flakes of gold glitter, and puts on gold lipstick. She has a knee length shiny gold cape (shiny copper on the inside) and coper colored boots and gloves that go up to her knees and elbows (respectively). Her Evo Force badge is worn like a belt buckle.
Personality: Rinnie is a strong-willed, confident woman. She is respectable and powerful, and a master of her own domain. At the same time, though, she's a bit of a grown-up valley girl. She can be forgetful, or irresponsible, or immature. Sometimes her clothing or her decisions about alcohol are innappropriate. Overall, she is a beautful bon-vivant and fearless woman.
Background: Arinna was born in San Fernando Valley with blue eyes and a head full of beautiful blonde hair, getting her off to a great start. She grew up gorgeous and developed early, and when her body decided her rack was big enough her X-Factor kicked in.
Rinn's family was supportive and the local area was pushing to be open-minded, so the mutant thing wasn't a big deal. She also quickly came to learn that the nature of one's mutation great affected society's acceptance of the mutant. A guy with horns and hair would get run out of any town; a guy who can shoot a lightning bolt would be given a berth but made unwelcome; a girl who can bring the surface of the sun down in your front yard; hey, she's alright with us!
She grew up wanting to be an actress, but aside from a few bit parts she never made it. It wasn't her fault really; the directors discriminated against her purely based on the fact that she was a terrible actress. She moved on to modeling, but by that point was too old to be taken seriously and that didn't last long. The School found her and brought her in, teaching her to use her powers and giving her a cause to live for. She fought her way to a teacher's certificate, and now (with the aid of some really good textbooks) makes an honest living as a history teacher and a member of the Evo Force.

Solar Plasma Generation- Phenomenal(80) ability to generate the same yellow plasma the Sun is made of. She can fire ranged blasts of it that do up to Phenomenal(80) damage.
*Solar Flare- By attacking at -1CS, Rinn can send out an arcing flare of plasma that threatens up to 5 targets. She cannot do this more than twice per round.
*UV Eye Beams- Rinn can fire from her eyes beams of concentrated blinding sizzling UV light. The atttack deals Incredible(40) damage and is +1CS to attack. Double damage is dealt to simple life forms such as plants or germs or slimes. The attack can be Continuous.
*Heat Resistance- Rinn has Amazing(60) Armor vs fire and heat damage. Not subject to Armor-Piercing.
*Flash- Incredible(40) ability to create a flash of blinding light. This is an area-of-effect attack contested vs Agility. Those who fail take Poor(6) damage and are blinded for 2d3 rounds.
Rinn herself cannot be blinded by light of less than Shift-Z intensity.
*Solar Wind- Rinn can create solar winds that, while not damageing, have Incredible(40) Strength to knock targets over. These can be fired as a blast or in a similar way to a Solar Flare.
*Flight- Stellar can fly by emitting solar wind at Typical(4) Airspeed (90 mph). She gets +1CS to Agility while airborne.
*Plasma Sheath- Poor(6) ability to sheath her form in plasma. This provides Fantastic(30) Armor on a yellow roll, but may only be attempted once per round.
*Red Plasma- Good(10) ability to shift her yellow plasma to red plasma. This gives her +2CS to attack, but -2CS to damage.
*Blue Plasma- Poor(6) ability to shift her yellow plasma to blue plasma, giving her -2CS to attack but +2CS to damage.
*White Plasma- Shift0(2) ability to shift her yellow plasma to white plasma, giving her -1CS to attack but +4CS to damage.
