Costume: Quinn's costume is made of white rubber fibers woven tightly together into a shiny micromesh. It covers her left shoulder but leaves her right arm bare, as well as exposing cleavage and her midriff. The hems of the tight top and pants are very broad and the color of her older costume. There is a belt with a large buckle on it of similar tech to the handles of her swords. Her new boots are a shiny hematite, reaching all the way up her legs, with retractable stiletto heels. The Aunian Space Force insignia is still over her heart. She wears a necklace shaped like a little spaceship made of the same white metal as her sword. She wears her bade on her belt to the right of the buckle.
Quinn's costume is made of the remnants of her space suit. The fabric is a slightly shiny cyan color, just a few shades darker than her skin. it hooks behind her neck and bares her shoulders, snug against her form the rest of the way down her body with a black belt around her waist. Over that, she wears a pair of black boots that go all the way up her legs. Her sword is carried on other her hip or her shoulder; the mounts for it are hidden under her costume. She has a strange insignia with writing in an unknown language over her heart, and her Vindicator badge is worn on her belt in front of her left hip.
Personality: Quinn is an alien, with ideas and morals and customs from a whole different world. At the same time, she is a military person; discipline and conduct are what she is all about. Still, she can be friendly and caring, if aloof about it. She is rather fixated on her remaining arm, and spends a vast amount of her free time training it to do the work of two.
Background: Quininyana comes from Aunia, a strange planet. The planet, the whole system, and many other systems like it, are made up of matter that exists beyond the speed of light. As such, Earth's particle-matter cannot perceive or interact with their wave-matter, and the same is true for them. The two worlds are nonexistent to each other.
Aunians are great space travelers, as they are not subject to relativity. Their scientists came to theorize the possibility of sub-lightspeed matter, and they set out to look for it. A spacecraft was designed that was able to shift back and forth between the two theoretical types of matter, and it was loaded with scientists and researchers, and, just in case, a team of space marines.
Quininyana Cee was second in command of this group. They were there to protect the ship and its passengers from any unforeseen dangers that may be encountered in the trip. Alas, space marines are of limited defense against what threatened the ship; en engineering error.
Failing to decelerate the ship prior to shifting over caused it to be traveling at speeds greater than what particulate matter is capable of withstanding. The damage was comparatively minor, but it was enough to disable the ship. As everything in the universe does, it crashed into Earth.
Everyone on board was killed, save for Quinn. For her part, a collapsing bulkhead took off her left arm. The ship was found, of course, and taken away with its corpses and its survivor were taken away by the US government.
A few years of assimilation were required, during which time Quinn found that the abilities of the ship had apparently been made permanent in her own body. This made it rather impossible to detain her, and so she was declared a friendly alien. The remnants of the ship (for the most part) became her property. In the mean time, her free time had much been spent compensating for her missing arm. This training, combined with her military training and her personal drive, crafted her into a fighter and soldier beyond compare. When a professional superhero team was formed in LA, it seemed as though she had finally found her place in this world.

*Lightspeed Teleport- By spending an action, Quinn can appear to teleport by moving at light speed. She may 'teleport' to anywhere she could normally move to under her own power, with a radius limit of 900 million feet.
Waveform Vision- Quinn can see waveform matter, which is usually invisible to the naked particulate eye. The opposite is also true.
Aquatics- Quinn gets +3cs to Agility underwater and moves as if she had True Flight. She can breathe both salt and fresh water, though she must take a round to adjust each time she changes. She defaults to 'Fresh'. The differences in Quinn's anatomy that allow her to swim like a fish are note readily visible.
V-Toughness- The Vindicators are all enrolled in a Toughness regimen. Some take to it better than others. Quinn gets Spectacular(50) extra HP.

Flawless Flayer- Quinn does not botch rolls regarding her sword. Blues are considered a White. SUSPENDED TILL SHE HAS TIME WITH THE NEW SWORD

Wave/Particle Shift Sword Wielding- Quinn's advanced sword required both special skill and superhuman ability to use. The invisible blade is visible to Quinn's eyes. By manipulating the handle buttons and angle of her grip, Quinn cah change the length, width, shape, and spatial orientation of the blade to astounding degree.
*Lightspeed Initiative- Equipped with the sword, Quinn rolls Fighting for Initiative rolls.
*Waveform Reach- The energized blade has an unknown maximum length, allowing Quinn to make melee attacks at range.
*Blade Sweep- By rolling at -1, Quinn can threaten an addtional target with her attack. Any Power Attack or other modifier applied affects every target.
*Flatstrike- Quinn may attack with the flat of the blade for +20 non-piercing blunt damage, instead of the sword's normal stats.
*Arcstrike- Quinn may attack a person who is grappl;ing her with the sword at no penalty.
*Fieldstrike- Once per round, Quinn may roll a single attack at -4CS. This attack may threaten any number of targets anywhere on the battlefield. This attack discriminates. STILL IN PROGRESS

Wave/Particle Shift Sword- A double-edged greatsword with a glittering white metal blade and a handle similar to the first sword. It requires Remarkable(20) Strength to wield in one hand. Unpowered, it does +20 Damage with Remarkable(20) Armor Piercing. When activated, the blade becomes made of waveform matter, rendering it invisible and nonEuclidian. In this state, its length, shape, and orientation in space are subject to change - allowing it to strike someone very far away, or curve around an obstacle, or cut through an iobject much thicker than the length of its solid blade. The waveform blade can attack at range, and can defend against ranged attacks with Quinn's Fighting score. It deals +40 damage. The waveform blade completely ignores all manner of Armor, True Invulnerability, and any other defensive ability unless expressly specified. Damage Absorption may still apply, and powered waveform matter armor plating can resist the sword. It has a sheath which clips magnetically to mounts under her clothes, allowing it to be carried on her shoulder, waist, or across the back of her hips.
Note: even though the sword is the size of a greatsword, the handle is only big enough for one hand.
Waveshift Protective Suit- This suit utilizes waveform matter technology to provide a skintight deflection field over her body. It provides Remarkable(20) Armor vs all damage, except for Waveform Matter weapons, against which it provides Incredible(40). The defense also increases to Incredible(40) vs Area-Of-Effect attacks. The armor is seamless and cannot be bypassed with called shots.
Robot Arm- A rarely-used mechanical left arm. It has Fantastic(30) Strength but she gets -4CS to trying to throw a punch with it.
Vindicator Badge- The badge acts as a communicator, able to contact the Vindicator base or any member, anywhere on the planet. If taken off, it is a cellular phone and a digital camera. Each badge contains a homing beacon.
Energized Space-Sword- (Retired) This is a special sword made of an alien metal. The handle contains a fuel cell which can flood the blade with energy, making extremely sharp and durable. The sword can also be swung through the air, leaving a brief force-field in its wake. This allows her to block ranged and area-of-effect attacks with her Fighting ability. The sword is rather heavy and requires Remarkable strength to be used in one hand. It does Strength+20 damage and has Incredible(40) armor-piercing. It comes with a magnetic holster-mount for her hip and shoulder.
Protective Suit- (Retired) The suit she wears grants her Good (10) Armor vs all damage.
Blaster Bracer- (Retired) This forearm-mounted device can be operated one handed. It fires charged energy bolts of Good(10) intensity and can operate up to Good(10) Full-Auto.
Weaknesses:
One-Armed- Quinn only has one arm. She does not suffer the normal penalty for missing an arm, because it has been missing long enough to be permanently factored into her stats. Her actual lifting strength is halved, and she cannot perform any act that absolutely requires two hands.
