Mutants in their community were manifests of sin, and evil - much like the media told them they were all these years. Just before her 18th birthday in a moment of life or death she used her powers on one of her classmates who gave her a ride home from school one day. Ros was naive, she had a family who looked out for her, though she learned to be independant through
the use and development of her eco location and geomancy in secret. In the blink of an eye life as she knew it was over; her classmate wanted something from her he thought the sweet natured blind girl would give him. Before he hurt her too badly she flipped his car over into the swamp water where he nearly drowned in his upside down vehicle, had she not pulled him out of the car herself.
She ran home the rest of the way, muddy and soaked she grabbed a few things, her hidden savings, and some clothes and left, never looking back. When she turned 18 she got rid of all her IDs, and since has lived off the grid since for the most part. It was rare anyone ever caught her name and even rarer she was in any sort of trouble. She was that kind southern girl nobody had an qualm with so she came, and went without issue - until she reached LA, the only time she went to the city was for necessities, or to catch buses in and out of the cities when need be. LA marked yet another hurdle in her growth from naive teenage girl, to confident competent and powerfull mutant woman.
A turn of fate swept her into the arms of the Sunshine of Destiny Academy for Promising Youth. This place offered to accept her for who she was and what she was without asking her too much about either, with free room and board and education to boot. She'd have to be blind to turn that down.

Groundsense- Amazing(60) ability to detect objects in contact with the same area of mass as her. This works perfectly on solid ground with a minium density of 'claw'. However, it also works on any fully solid surface with a crystaline structure - metal flooring and ice, for example. It does not work on wooden flooring, however, most wooden flooring has conrete under it which negates this. Shredded tires are right out. Under normal conditions she has a radius of 60 feet assuming nothing is interfering with her connection to the surface. She can also do this by putting her hand against a wall other things are on. Groundsense counteracts the fact that she is blind and makes her a non-sight-reliant entity so long as what she is dealing with is within her range.
*Borrow a Feeling- In some cases, Ros can take advantage of the resonations others create to find their way or even loud, rythmic noises to sense through the air.
Geomancy- Incredible(40) ability to move and shape solid earth she can detect with her Groundsense. Solid earth is dirt, rocks, clay, concrete, pavement, brick, etc.
*Earth Style- by quickly calling up fists and palms of stone, Ros can use Geomancy in place of Fighting to attack and defend against enemies she can percieve.
*Stone Fist- A giant detailed stone fist bursts from the ground to make a melee attack against anyone within 60 feet of Ros who is on the ground. This deals Incredible(40) damage.
*Stone Palm- Ros can spend an action at any time in response to a ranged attack. She rolls Geomancy versus the attack and if she succeeds the a giant stone palm rises and negates Incredible(40) damage of the attack before it hits is target.
*Road Snap- Working only on a road or similar long, thin, homgenous ribbon of earth - Ros can roll Geomancy to snap it like a carpet. All people on the road in one direction must roll Agility and beat her attack or be knocked prone. This is very damaging to the road, to the point that the same strip of road cannot be used twice because it will be shattered. Cannot be used with multiple actions.
*Crystaline Resonators- A series of large crystaline spires burst from the ground, resonating woth the motion of the Earth. As a full-round action roll Geomancy - she gets four of them on a Yellow. As long as at least two are intact, she may use her Groundsense through the air to percieve anything within thirty feet of one of them. A spire must be dealt 60 points of damage in aq single flurry of attacks or all at once to be destroyed. When a spire is destroyed, Ros must roll Psyche. On a Green her turn ends at that point and on a White or less she is incapacitated untul the end of the next round.
Geo Armor- A detailed aspect of her Geomancy and Geokinesis, Ros can cover part or all of her body with a smooth layer of stone that moves with her. There is no roll to form any of these.
*Rock Fist- A gauntlet of stone that deals Remarkable(20) damage.
*Rock Boot- A boot of stone. This is more subtle than the gauntlet with the same base damage. It is -1 to attack but does 50 percentile more damage.
*Rock beast- Summoning or dismissing this takes an action. It cannot be dismissed on the ground it was summoned. Her whole body is covered in a beautiful yet bestial shape of stone. This makes her Fighting and Strength equal to her Geomancy. Her Agility becomes equal to the maxium weight of her Geokinesis. She also gains Armor equal to her Geomancy. Her Stone Fist and Stone Palm get +1CS to damage/absorbtion. Ros cannot jump or leave the ground in this mode. If she is removed from the ground, her armor crumbles - however, she has Phenomenal(80) Adhesion to the ground. She may only move 10 feet per round.

*Gargoyle Armor- The Gargoyle Armor is a free action giving her a thicker armor for Phenomenal(80) Armor vs all damage at the expense of being completely unable to move or perceive the outside world, even with her Groundsense. She must remain in the shell for at least two full rounds (counting the one she activated it in if that was her only action that turn) before she can spend a full round to dismiss it. This will not crumble if she is removed from the ground but retains the Adhesion.
Geokinesis- Incredible(40) ability to telekinetically lift pieces of earth and rock up to Remarkable(20) weight (800 lbs). Sadly, these objects cease to be in contact with the ground and so it is difficult to see what she is doing with them. Larger masses are easier to maneuver. Maneuver with Psyche; every weight rank below Remarkable (800-401 pounds) reduces her respective Psyche by 1CS for purpose of maneuvering it.
*Clod Throw- A tight mass of earth launced as a ranged attack; deals blunt damage based on its weight. Ros may choose to make this damage nonlethal.
*Rock Throw- Launch a large jagged rock to deal damage equal to its weight +4CS with Armor Piercing equal to its weight. Ros may choose to launch a smooth rock without Armor Piercing. Cannot be used with multiple actions.
*Rock Rider- Ros can make a platform of earth and rock up to 20 feet wide capable of lifting up to 800 pounds in addition to its own weight - however, this does not imply the ability for her to see where she is going.
Enhanced Endurance- Ros's high endurance score is a function of her powers. It drops to Remarkable(20) if she is depowered.

Sentinel Senses- Ros's non-sight senses are enhanced and she is able to use them to react to things she cannot see. She can attempt to dodge non-silent projectiles and locate people who are moving or talking even without her Groundsense. Without her Groundsense, she is partially sight reliant and is at -2CS to attack and defense versus threats she can percieve only with this Talent.
Judo- Against a melee or brawling attack, instead of dodging Ros may roll Fighting at -1. If she beats the attacker, she is not harmed and instead the attacker is. An armed attacker takes their own Strength in damage and an unarmed takes double that. Victims are protected by their own Armor and other defenses.

Leather-Soled Shoes- while they are a bit slick, shoe with leather soles do not interfere with her Groundsense.
Retractable Walking Stick- Ros owns a telescoping white stick that sriks to fit in her pocket but can help her find her way if her powers are negated. It is too flimsy to use as a weapon.
