Powers:
Orinathium- Lance can convert his flesh into a unique metal referred to as 'Orinanthum'. This metal is identical to Carbonadium in most ways, with the exception that Lance can control it with his powers, it is not radioactive, and it disintergrates without his influence.
Gear Creation- Unearthly (150). Lance can create different tools made of Orinanthum, as well as generic plastics and rubbers. Unless othwerwise stated, creating Gear must be rolled for, however, this roll is not considered an action. Outcomes:
Blue - Lance fails to form his Gear and is Exhausted till his next turn.
White- Lance fails to make his Gear but may use an action to re-attempt at -2CS.
Green- Lance forms his Gear and his actions that turn are at -1CS
Yellow- Lance forms his Gear and may take actions with it.
Red- Lance forms his Gear and his actions that turn are at +1 CS
SUPER CRIT- Lance forms his Gear, his actions that turn are not affected, and he gets +2CS to using that Gear until he swaps it out.
*Mega Legs- Lance creates a pair of giant robotic legs. This allows him to run at his Agility on the land speed chart. It grants +3CS to his leg Strength. He can leap his leg Strength in feet. The robot feet have great traction, allowing him to wall-jump. This takes up both legs.
**Booster Kick- After a successful grapple with Mega Arms, Lance can perform this stunt as a free action. Holding the grappled enemy in place, he uses his increased jumping strength to deliver a forceful kick, letting them free moments after impact. This forcefully thrusts the enemy Typical (8) yards away. If the enemy hits an object, they deal their Endurance in damage to the object and half to themselves.
*Mega Arms- Lance creates a giant pair of arms and gauntlets. This grants him +3CS to arm Strength and his punches have Fantastic(30) Armor Piercing. This takes up both arms.
**Twister Arm- When using Mega Arms, Lance can inject and ignite, pure crude oil, into the Mega Arms causing them to rapidly spin. This increases his Mega Arms armor pierce to Spectacular (50) but lowers his strength by -1CS.
**Rocket Fist- Clasping his hands together, Lance ignites crude oil to shoot his Mega Arms at his target.The Rocket Hammer deals Amazing (60) damage. On a yellow, the target loses their turn. The Rocket Fist deals Good (10) damage, but the target loses their turn. Lance cannot use this as a multiple action. Using this destroys the Mega Arms.
**Power Limbs- Combining the arms and legs above, instead of their normal bonuses, gives him +4CS to overall Strength.
*Air Foil- Lance creates an air foil backpack. This grants him true flight up to his Agility on the air speed chart. This takes up both shoulders.
*Water Foil- Lance creates an air foil backpack specifically for travelling underwater. This allows him to maneuver at his full agility underwater.
*Power Foil- Lance creates an air foil energy generator backpack. This allows him to fight down to feeble. In addition, Lance cannot be Exhausted. If the energy generator is destroyed, Lance becomes exhausted for the remainder of the turn, and the next. He cannot recreate the Power Foil on the next turn, but may still attack as normal.
**Power Blaster- Lance creates an fist mounted blaster that makes use of the Power Foils energy. He fires this at +1CS and it dealsAmazing (60) Incredible (40 energy damage. The Power Blaster consumes all of the Power Foils power, and its abilities do not work if fired. This takes up one arm. Lance may only have one Power Blaster.
**Power Cannon- Lance creates a shoulder mounted cannon in conjunction with the Power Foil. The Power Foil loses its ability to power the cannon. The Power Cannon can be fired once per round as a free action, and cannot be taken as a multiple action. doingSpectacular (50) Amazing (60) energy damage. If fired, Lance cannot take multiple actions.
**Power Whip- Lance connects the Power Foil to an arm whip, channeling the energy it creates through the metal whip. This deals Spectacular (50) energy damage, as well as taking up one arm.
*Lava Thrower- Lance creates a large tank like backpack, attached to a human sized gun like object with an igniter at its tip. Lance blasts massive globs of crude oil, which are instantly ignited into molten balls of gooey hellfire thatTremendous (120) cling and deal fire/heat damage and ignite anything they touch. The burning, crude oil, deals Typical (8) damage per action taken, and Remarkable (20) damage per turn. This damage cannot be reduced by armor. Lance can only blast three of these a turn, and they are -2CS. This takes up both shoulders, and both arms.
*Mega Sword- Lance creates a giant sword out of one arm. This weapon doesPhenomenal(80) Incredible (40) damage with Incredible(40) Armor Piercing. This takes up one arm.
**Mega Saw- As a free action, Lance may transform the sword into a spinning blade. This weapon automatically pierces all armor. On a red, the Mega-Saw deals +2CS damage and shatters.
**Rocket Sword- Filling the Mega Sword with crude oil and igniting it, Lance blasts the Mega Sword at an enemy. The Rocket Sword dealsAmazing (60) Fantastic (30) damage. On a yellow, the targets armor is reduced by -1CS for the remainder of the scene. This destroys the Mega Sword.
*Snap Blade- These weapons can be created on one or both arms as a free action. They are broadsword-sized blades, segmented similar to a utility knife. If broken or damaged, they eject the unuseable part and generate more blade instantly. They take up one arm each. Snap Blades do +10 damage, and when Lance has one or both out, he gets +1CS to Fighting.
**Snap Toss- By purposefully breaking off a segment of a Snap Blade, Lance gains projectile weaponry. Lance can throw these using his fighting stat.
**Snap Saw- Changing just a little, and adding in some crude oil for fuel, the Snap Blade turns into a rotating chainsaw like sword. Lance may only have one Snap Saw. The Snap Saw does an additional +10 damage, with Remarkable (20) armor piercing, but completely destroys the Snap Blade on a yellow. The Snap Blade does not automatically reform from this.
***Vibro-Snap- Another alteration to the Snap Saw turns it into a single blade that vibrates at an ultrasonic level. The Vibro-Snap blade ignores all armor, true invulnerability, and shuts off regeneration for one turn.
*Mega Hammer- Lance creates an oil-drum sized hammer out of one arm. This dealsTremendous(120) Amazing (60) damage. This takes up one arm. Because of how heavy it is, Lance cannot swing the Mega Hammer more than twice a turn.
**Hammer Quake- As a full-round action, Lance can 'charge' the hammer and strike the ground, rollingMonstrous(100) Tremendous (120). All in the area on the ground must roll Agility or Strength and beat his roll or be knocked prone and take damage equal to 25% of what he rolled. This damage is not reduced by armor.
Example: Lance rolls for the Quake and gets a Yellow. Had this been an attack it would have dealt 120 damage, so victims take 30 damage. On a Green, it would have been 60 damage and so victims take 15 damage.
**Explosion Hammer- Filling the Mega Hammer with crude Oil and morphing an impact igniter onto the Mega Hammer, Lance can cause his Mega Hammer to explode upon impact. The Explosion dealsShift-Y(300) Unearthly (150) Monstrous (100) heat and physical damage to everything within melee range (including Lance himself) and destroys the Mega Hammer, as well as any other construct Lance has created except his costume. This attack cannot be used as a multiple action and Exhausts Lance, even with Power Foil active. If the Power Foil was active, Lance is Exhausted for three turns. This attack is strong enough to damage even Adamantium.
*Mega Shield- Lance creates a tower shield on one arm. The Mega Shield gives Lance Good (10) extra armor, and Remarkable (20) vs Heat, Cold, and Electrical damage. The Mega Shield allows Lance to defend against ranged attacks with his Fighting stat.
**Ranged Defense- The Mega Shield allows Lance to reroll one failed defense against a ranged attack. Lance cannot do this if he is engaged in melee combat.
**Melee Defense- The Mega Shield allows Lance to reroll one failed defense against a melee attack. Lance cannot do this if he has used Shield Bash that turn.
**Shield Bash- If engaged in Melee combat, Lance may attack once with his Mega Shield as a free action. It deals Strength +2CS damage.
*Mega Eyes- A pair of telescoping goggles that forms over Lance's eyes. +3CS to visual Intuition rolls, and able to zoom in on objects up to a mile away.
**Light Filtering- The goggles allow Lance to see normally in any light level, from blinding brightness to anything short of complete darkness.
**Spectrum Filtering- Powered by the Power Foil, the Mega Eyes allow Lance to see in various visual spectrums such as infrared.
*Costume- Lance's entire body costume is an extension of his powers. Creating the costume is a free action that does not require a roll. While it is up he has the benefits of Spectacular(50) Armor andMonstrous(100) Spectacular(50) Incredible (40) Regeneration which restores 100 50 40 HP per round. Lance's Armor is Amazing(60) vs Heat, Cold, and Electrical damage. In addition, the costume will create a water rebreather, if Lance is submerged, that allows oxygen to be filtered from water.
Object Creation- Lance can create any man made object that he has studied. This includes everything from the mundane to the super science. However, Lance must know exactly how every piece is created and put together. In addition, if Lance ignores the object for more than a half hour, it dissolves. (Abuse of this will seriously piss off the GM.)

Evo Force Badge: The Evo Force badge acts as a communicator, able to contact the other badges, the E2 badges, and the home base. It has walkie-talkie range of 10 miles, or can be routed through the home base to work anywhere in North America.
