Occupation: Tech Support, Hacking.
Appearance: A small guy who usually goes unnoticed. A wall flower type of person. He is usually wearing blue jeans and a T-shirt. the Shirt will most likely have some kind of a video game and or movie character on it.
Personality: Very Energetic and talkative especially when it comes to techno babble. He could at sometimes get on someone nerves with all of his Did you know facts about random things. He is however an over all nice guy and fun to be around when he gets to know someone.
Background: Eugene or Gene to those who know him. Grew up a scrawny kid when video games, and computers were starting to be the norm. Having Technology around all the time he naturally got quite good with it. Soon he bumped up his skills from noob to Hacker and landed himself a job even at his young age as tech support for a big computer company. Course he forged his information to get hired on an online application and a Skype interview. He payed some homeless man to sit in front of the camera, and read everything he was typing on a computer screen. Gene's love of technology eventually manifested.
into his mutation that he got from programming a new laptop for a friend of his. The System was crashing on him making him so stressed out after having worked on it for 7 hours straight. He picked it up in anger and was about to chuck it. It was at that moment that he could almost feel like he could communicate with the machine as if it were a living person. Hit Points: Mental health:
Resources: Hacking Source of Income- Tech Support, and Hacking.
Origin of Powers: Mutant
Powers: You don't need to put anything here, but you can put a description of your overall powers. -BANNED POWERS- Mind-Reading, Sorcery, Animal Form. A Mutant is just a Mutant - it is not a furry or a catgirl or a vampire or monster, or anything else but a mutant.
Power- Replace the word 'Power' there with the name of a power. Copy this as needed for multiple powers. *Stunt- Stunts directly related to a power should be posted directly under that power.
Q: TRISH WHAT IS A STUNT A: A 'Power' is a super ability. A 'Stunt' is something that you have learned to do with that power. Simple powers do not have any stunts, complex ones have lots. The Flash, for example. His 'Power' is super speed. With that power, he has learned to do things like; punch the same spot 100 times in a second, spin his arms and make a wind funnel; vibrate through solid matter - these are Stunts.
Equipment: As Powers above, you don't need to write anything here but hey feel free. 'Equipment' is stuff you carry, from a weapon to a high tech gadget. If you have a gun, post it here.
Equipment- Replace 'Equipment' with the name of a gadget, and describe what it does. Copy this section as needed.
Weaknesses: As Powers above. A 'Weakness' is something superhuman, or at the very least unique to you (or your alien species). A superhuman weakness is like Superman's weakness to Kryptonite - the average person doesn't worry about that. A unique weakness is like a phobia of spiders - it's not something most people worry about. Things true to the average person, like not being buletproof, are not weaknesses.
Weakness- Copy as nessecary, changing 'Weakness' to your weakness. Describe its effects.
Contacts: Special people or places you have access to and can get help from.
Knowledges: Knows alot about computers and other things that are based on technology and connected to networks. Skills: is very handy with a roll out USB keyboard and anything with a USB plug. Notable Notes: You May want to check your Hard Drive after reading this, there could be a little Gremlin in there now.

Player: Ryuami
Name: Eugene 'Gene' Peltzer Codename: Grimlin
Age: 17 Height: 5'10" Weight: 99 Hair: Black Eyes: Green Nationality: Caucasian
Occupation: Graveyard Shift, gold farming, 'online services'
Appearance: Gene is a little worm of a guy, but not bad looking. A small guy who usually goes unnoticed. A wall flower type of person. He is usually wearing blue jeans and a T-shirt. the Shirt will most likely have some kind of a video game and or movie character on it. Since his induction into the Graveyard Shift, Gene looks... sadly, not that different. He didn't have much color to his complexion to begin with, and he's always been nocturnal as possible and a little creepy. His body is riddled with scars thin as a spider's web, but they are so faint they are only visible under very bright light or close inspection.
Personality: Eugene or Gene to those who know him. He paid some homeless man to sit in front of the camera, and read everything he was typing on a computer screen. Gene's love of technology eventually manifested. Eugene understand vengeance better than most of the Graveyard Shift, as it was his lust for satisfaction that led to his death.
He paid some homeless man to sit in front of the camera, and read everything he was typing on a computer screen. Gene's love of technology eventually manifested into his mutation that he got from programming a new laptop for a friend of his. The System was crashing on him making him so stressed out after having worked on it for 7 hours straight. He picked it up in anger and was about to chuck it. It was at that moment that he could almost feel like he could communicate with the machine as if it were a living person. After setting it back down he would find that the blue screen of death was now a welcome screen. He eventually learned he could activate and command most complex devices that he touched, even if they didn't have power.
One day while adventuring home through the treacherous 'real world', he encountered some of the larger, less intelligent members of his high school classmates. For a laugh, they pushed him around, roughed him up, stole his cell phone and smashed his new laptop. They left him beaten and bleeding in an alley and went on with their day. Gene made it home later that day, sick with frustration and impotent rage. He sat in his room, feeling miserable and wishing there was something he could do. It was then that a Trask Mark 9 patrolled past his window. Hey, now that thing was a machine, wasn't it?
His revenge was in sight. He went outside and caught up to the sentinel, putting his hands on it. Oh, he was going to control it, take it over. It'd be his mighty golem, and he'd take it to those assholes and show them how it felt when someone was bigger and stronger. Beautiful.
However, things did not go as planned. When he activated his powers, he received an electric shock that made him release. He was blown back a few yards when the sentinel's rocket feet fired, carrying it into the air. "Technopath, Technopath!" it announced, ejecting a grenade. The grenade landed in his lap and blew him into pixels.
He woke up later, somehow, in a mausoleum. A girl named Alice was there and explained she had put him back together, and that he was now to be with her on a quest for revenge against machines of hate and ignorant masses. Gene grinned with a mouth of fangs; he knew just where to start.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fighting----- Fantastic (30) Agility------ Incredible (40) Strength----- Good (10) Endurance---- Remarkable (20)
Reasoning---- Fantastic (30) Intuition---- Incredible (40) Psyche------- Good (10)
Hit Points: 100 Mental health: 80
Resources: Poor Source of Income- Money they can scrounge and anything they can steal. Some extra money from his side work.
Origin of Powers: Magical Zombie Mutant
Powers:
Tactile Technopathy- Gene has the ability to communicate with computers he is touching, and control computers and powered machines he is touching. *Computer Communication- Touching a computer allows Gene to do anything he could do with it given a keyboard, mouse, and proper time/ He may search it, read files, even reprogram it if he knows the operating system. He cannot install programs that are not on the computer without programming them from scratch, and computer use still takes a reasonable amount of time. **Password Bypass- Gene can automatically get past a password if it was made by someone with less than Remarkable(20) Reasoning and the computer has less than Fantastic(30) defense against intruders. Otherwise, he has to wrestle with it normally. *Machine Command- Gene can operate any machine he is touching, even if he cannot reach steering wheels and levers and such that normally require manual operation. If the machine needs more than 1 person to operate he gets -1CS to operating it for each extra person that should be there. Gene's eyes glow like headlights while he is controlling a vehicle. *Power Up- If the computer or machine he is touching requires power and does not have it, Gene's body can emit the energy it needs and allow it to operate without needing to turn it on or start the engine. He can power something as powerful as a semi-truck. **Power Surge- If Gene lands two attacks with his hands on the same target on one turn, he may spend an action if he has one. He then releases horrible arcs of electricity and heat. This deals electromagnetic damage equal to the combined threatened damage of the two attacks, doubled, with Remarkable(20) Armor Piercing. He may only do this once per round. After he does so, he must roll Endurance; if he fails he gets -1CS to Endurance till he gets a good night's rest. **Magnetic Adhesion- Grimlin can magnetically adhere to the body panels of a vehicle or other metal surface. This allows him to stay on top of a vehicle operating normally without risk of falling off. *Withdrawal- Gene's powers work on ATMs, but banks do not have much of a sense of humor about this.
Field Shield- Gene has Amazing(60) Armor vs vibrant energy-based area-of-effect attacks and radiant energy fields.
Machine Combat- Gene has learned to use nearby technology in active combat to help him out. If the GM has not specified what is in the area, roll randomly to determine what is on the scene. Roll the dice and every '1' result is an appropriate item. *Transformer Spark- Touching a transformer and rolling Agility destroys the transformer and send an Amazing(60) arch of electricity at a target. There is a 1d6 chance of there being a transformer in any given street scene. **E.M.P.- Touching a transformer, without a roll but spending an action, Gene can make it explode and release an electromagnetic pulse. In addition to affects on machines, this does Remarkable(20) electromagnetic damage to everyone within 40 feet. *Road Warrior- Gene can climb aboard a vehicle and make it operate in an offensive capacity. When he is controlling a vehicle, controlling the vehicle is the only kind of action he can take. Vehicles with more than two wheels generally cannot do Called Shots or Power Attacks. **Motorcycle- Riding a motorcycle gives him +2CS to evading attacks. It also lets him make Power Attacks at -1 instead of -2 by striking people as he rides by them. There is a 1d6 chance of a motorcycle being present at any given street scene. **Sports Car- A nimble sports car can charge people. This is an Agility attack at +1 that deals Fantastic(30) damage; however, he can only attack twice per round. Before his first attack, when he is on a vehicle, he is at -2 to evade attacks. After his second attack, he is at +2CS to evade attacks. Melee attacks can only be made against him on his own turn and only if he is trying to hit someone with the car. There is a 2d8 chance of a sports car in any given street scene. **Sedan- Larger heavier cars can also try to run people over. This is an Agility attack for Incredible(40) damage, but can only attack once per round; the rest of the turn must be spent turning them around to line them up for another shot. He is at -2 to evade attacks before his attack and +2 after it. Melee attacks can only be made against him on his own turn and only if he is trying to hit someone with the car. There is a 4d4 chance of sedans at any given street scene. **Muscle Car- Muscle Cars work like Sedans, but can power attack. There is a 2d6 chance of Muscle Cars at any given street scene. **Truck- Truck work like Sedans. They are -1 to attack but do Amazing(60) Damage. There is a 3d8 chance of Trucks in any given street scene. **Commercial Truck- Semi trucks, cement mixers, flatbeds. They are -2 to attack but deal Phenomenal(80) damage with Remarkable(20) Armor Piercing. Before his first attack, when he is on a vehicle, he is at -1 to evade attacks. After his second attack, he is at +3CS to evade attacks. Melee attacks can only be made against him on his own turn and only if he is trying to hit someone with the truck. It takes the rest of his turn and the entire following round to turn it around, but he retains his defense bonus during that time. There is a 2d10 chance of a commercial truck in any given street scene.
Zombie Powers: Undead- The dead body is not affected by diseases or most poisons, it is not affected by effects that stun or make one bleed. *Only Good Mutant- Sentinels that scan the undead mutant will detect it as an already dead mutant, even if it is using its power, and largely ignore it. The zombie must be significantly aggressive to the Sentinel or another party to get the Sentinel to attack it. *Undeath- The zombie is dead and has trouble dying further. Unless the body is completely annihilated, they will come back eventually. However, any serious removal of body parts may have to be manually replaced. Enhanced Strength- +2CS to Strength, reflected in stats. Darkvision- The undead can see without light. Feral Senses- The undead have hearing and smell like animals, and only get -1CS when blinded. *Tracking- Roll Intuition to track by scent. Ghoul's Grin- As a free action, the zombie can transform their mouth - cheeks pulling back ear-to-ear, every tooth transforming into a large, sharp, flesh-ripping grey fang. Biting is clumsy, and it is -1 to attack and an additional -1 for every consecutive bite (in addition to the multiple action penalty), but it does double Strength in damage and has Fantastic(30) Armor Piercing. The zombie can change their mouth back to normal as a free action. Claws- As a free action, the zombie can transform their nails into horrible sharp claws. These do Strength in damage with Good(10) Armor Piercing. *Skullbite- A special move, the zombie can announce this and roll Claw, Claw, Bite - the bite not suffering the normal penalty. If all three attacks hit with a Yellow or better, the Zombie deals their Bite damage directly to the victim's head like a called shot. If all three attacks do NOT score a yellow or better, each successful attack does Strength in damage with no Armor Piercing. This does not work on PCs or major NPCs. Regeneration- If the zombie is well fed, it has Good(10) Regeneration (10 HP per round).
Death Throes: The ritual that revives the dead grants them a power based upon the wound that slew them. Gene remembers what it was like to explode. It was awesome. Fraggaport- Gene can re-explode into tiny bits. This does no damage, but allows him to reassemble elsewhere instants later. Teleporting generally takes an action and costs him 10 HP. His clothes and gear come with him. He can teleport anywhere within line-of-sight, but cannot teleport through any space he could not fit his arm though. If he must roll in response to something, use Agility. *Teledodge- Gene can spend an action in response to a flurry of attacks. If he rolls a Yellow, he teleports out of melee range and is unharmed. If he rolls a Green, he is hit by all Yellow or better attacks but teleports away from Greens. On a Red he may choose to teleport away, or simply reappear in the same spot, taking no damage either way.
Equipment:
Phylactery- Each zombie carries a phylactery for Alice, their leader. Gene's is a Japanese 'Chandra the Firebrand' card in a hard case.
Smartphone- Gene has an advanced smartphone with a good camera and a USB cable. It has free service and is untraceable.
Weaknesses:
The Hunger- The zombies eat human flesh. They can eat other things, but the human flesh is generally mandatory every couple days. It is best to feed every few days. The results of denying oneself are predictable. -Day One, A healthy glow- Throughout the first day the zombie has gone without feeding, they can still pass for a weird human and they maintain their Regeneration. -Day Two, the Grave starts to show- On the second day, the eyes and cheeks start to sink in, the face begins to gray - a good look at the face or body will warn that this is not a human. Regeneration is halved. -Day Three, the Hunger's in your head- On the third day, the corpse appearance is enhanced, and madness is in the eyes. There is no regeneration. The body calls for sustenance, and the Hunger's demands give -1CS to all rolls that do not directly relate to chowing down on a person, and +2cs to all that do! -Day Four, everyone you love is dead- On the fourth day, the Hunger does not want to wait. -2CS to anything not directly related to feeding. Whenever any living human is seen, roll Psyche. On a Yellow, the Zombie can resist the hunger, for the moment, and get away. On a Red, the zombie can stick around for a few minutes without harming anyone. On a Green, the Hunger is as strong as the zombie and the zombie may only hold perfectly still and say one word. On a White or worse, the zombie must attack and attempt to feed on someone in the vicinity they see. The Psyche roll does not get the -2 penalty,. however the roll is at -1 each time they encounter the same person before they manage to feed. Every day beyond this, the Psyche roll to not attack gets an additional -1CS, and the Zombie loses a ran of Endurance. Should they manage to lose all their Endurance, they will die again. Should they run out of Psyche before Endurance, the Hunger takes over and they go looking for someone to eat. The Hunger takes them to where it knows there will be people, and that usually leads back home... *The Hunger Mantra- The Zombie can push themselves back to the effects of the previous day by taking -2CS to all actions and repeating the Hunger Mantra whenever their condition is aggravated.
Unholy- Despite the zombie's actual alignment, their magic comes from a dark place. They are considered to be a dark/unholy/negative creature.
Angry Gamer Nerd- Eugene has take a lot of shit from a lot of people in his life. Now, he can do something about it - it can be difficult for him to find the restraint when the time comes.
Rough Rider- Grimlin's powers to not protect him from firey explosions, like the kind that happen when the vehicle he is riding on explodes. It also does not protect him from when he botches and crashes them
Contacts: Gene has a large group of internet contacts and Facebook friends who do not know him in real life.
Knowledges: Gene knows a lot about video games, computers, and electronics in general.
Skills: Gene can program Dos and Linux.
Notable Notes: You May want to check your Hard Drive after reading this, there could be a little Gremlin in there now.
