Her hair is long and wavy, with a distinct reddish tint to it's blonde color. Her eyes are said to change color with her moods. From a near silver hazel color when elated to a dark and menacing deep brown when angered. Her manner of dress also varies greatly depending on her mood. When working she tends to wear her hair up, or at least pulled back and dresses in the most simple and functional manner appropriate. When dressing for fun however she tends to favor old-fashioned themed attire with a modern twist.

Personality: Aneria has always had a strong will and a fiery temperament. However she is careful to balance herself by cultivating a strong sense of justice and charity. She never hesitates to help those in need and is known for being free and generous with her money, if she trusts it's going to a good place.
Background: Aneria Lougheed was born in ancient Dal Riata, which is the north eastern coast of modern day Ireland. Her father was a pure blooded irishman. Her mother migrated to Ireland at an early age. The two met and fell in love at the celebration of the Summer Solstice. There courtship was brief, as they were both young and passionate. Only two years after their first meeting Aneria was born. Her childhood was like a storybook fantasy. Two loving parents (and eventually a handful of siblings) and a nice safe place to call home. Aneria would not get her first glimpse of battle until she was 13, when Norse Vikings sent raiding parties to the coast of northern ireland. Her father and the other warriors fought bravely, but in the end they were defeated and Aneria's family was forced to flee to Southern Ireland. They spent 5 years as refugees, living with relatives and taking what work they could find. Aneria proved to have an aptitude for smithy work, and although many thought it strange
to see a young woman working the forge, none doubted the quality of her iron. Once she grew to adulthood she decided to step from behind the forge and put one of her many blades to work. With the help of her still able father and many of the family warriors they were able to launch a successful counter offensive against the Viking invaders and drove them into the Sea. Aneria would find that she had a taste for battle, as horrific as it was, and soon became the most well known female warrior of her time. Thus did she catch the attention of her Sire.
During his life he had been a low ranking Norman noble with delusions of grandeur. He fancied himself a poet, and a swordsman but in truth lacked any real talent at either. His decision to make Aneria a vampire was selfish and poorly thought out. Using his vampiric powers he was able to get to close to her, and eventually Turn her. It would be a fatal mistake though, as soon as Aneria learned of what he had done to her she flew into a rage and killed him. She would soon come to regret her lack of restraint, as she was now alone in a dark new world. It took her nearly a century to master the powers of her Blood and even longer to learn all the quirks and perks of being undead. One particular aspect of vampirism she wish she had learned about was a sort of extended slumber, a torporous state in which the vampire cannot move, or even think. While difficult (or nearly impossible) to destroy Aneria was easily trapped by those with occult knowledge. She endured all manner of persecution at the hands of
her own Celtic priests at first, then later the Christians. In the year 780 AD a cabal of assassians sent by the Vatican was able to successfully subdue Aneria in combat. Although she killed more than a dozen of them, they were eventually able to bind her with steel cables. Once bound they used a silver axe to severe her head, then buried her. They would erect a cairn over her grave sight but not before scorching and salting the earth. Although Aneria's decapitated head would eventually regrow she was trapped. One of her few weaknesses is the inability to rise through scorched and salted earth. So there she would lay for 1300 years until the economic and population boom of the 1980s. An English based property development company had chosen to build a low income housing unit in a previously undeveloped tract of land. Luck was with Aneria as her grave sight was finally exhumed by heavy equipment. She was little more than a desicated corpse when they pulled her body out of the earth. Over a thousand
years had wasted her away to nearly nothing. It would take another 10 years for her to finally awaken, coming too inside a pine box at the National Museum of Ireland. It would take another decade for her to regain herself. Years and years of bloody gorging were only barely enough to restore her. Since then she has spent most of her time trying to atone, and to learn how to live her life as a blood drinker without letting herself become a monster.

*Stunt- Aneria is naturally graceful and light on her feet. When activated though she becomes both faster, and more dexterous. If running she is capable of speeds in excess of 100mph and could hit any target she shot at on the run by.
*Stunt- Being dead already makes Aleria naturally resilient to the sorts of every day dangers that can claim a human life. Once she uses her blood however she becomes even more

*Stunt- Aneria is capable of taking on the form of many different animals. Animals most commonly associated with the night and darkness are the easiest forms for her to acquire (bats, rats, cats, frogs/toads, ect.) Larger and more dangerous animals are more difficult to shift into. There are however a few large animals that, being typically associated with vampires, are easier for her. Her favorite one being that of a Dire Wolf.
*Stunt- In addition to taking on many animal forms Aneria is also capable of shifting into a more animalistic and dangerous version of her human form. When in this form she becomes both taller and heavier as well as taking on a distinct predatory look (in other words she's not so pretty anymore). In addition to her increased physical abilities she also gains increased senses. She is able to see in the dark, hear like a bat, and can even feel subtle temperature changes on her skin.
*Stunt- Her third shape shifting power allows her to alter her physical properties. Specifically she can either become non-corporeal, turning into a wavering ghostly visage of herself, or she can solidify her own matter to the point of becoming hard as granite. She can move freely in either form, and in her ghost form is capable of passing through solid matter.

*Stunt- Aneria has the ability to hypnotize and seduce humans with little more than an intense stare and a few softly spoken words. Victims of this power will comply with any reasonable request that is made of them but will *never* engage in behavior that harms themselves or innocents (people they don't' like on the other hand....).
*Stunt- If a particular individual is continuously subjected to Aneria's vampiric hypnotism they will eventually become conditioned. Any person so enthralled will obey Aneria's orders without being hyponotized by her gaze first. In effect they become a sort of willing slave. As before they will not engage in self harming behavior although at this point it might be possible to convince them to do harm to others.
Power- Vampiric Regeneration - Aneria heals naturally (or unnaturally) quickly. Furthermore she is capable of regenerative healing, regrowing or reattaching lost limbs up to and including a severed head. Aneria's vampiric essence is centralized in her heart. If her heart is removed entirely her existing body will rot away and an entirely new form will eventually regenerate around the disembodied heart. Decapitation renders both her body and head inert until a new head grows back.
Power- Tooth and Nail - Like most (if not all) vampire Aneria is given a set of razor sharp canines excellent for biting. In addition her fingernails, though of a normal length, are as hard and strong as her fangs and usable for slashing attacks if no better weapon is at hand.
Power- Dead as a Post - Aneria is already dead, all of major organs have ceased to function or be necessary. As such she can pretty much ignore minor injuries. If the attack isn't powerful enough to blast away a chunk of bone and tissue than she probably won't even notice it.

Glock 18- A 9mm fully automatic handgun.
Kriss Super V SMG x2- Dual .45 ACP caliber sub-machine guns. These weapons feature a propietary new recoil system that channels the energy of the weapon forward and down instead of backwards and up. This drastically decreases muzzle climb and allows Aneria to keep the weapons on target even during burst fire.
Fulton Armory M14 Scout- This short barrel rifle chambers the standard 7.62 NATO round and is capable of accurate fire out to 800 yards.
SSK Industries Blaze- The largest shoulder fired rifle manufactured. It shoots a .950 caliber projectile and has about as much kinetic energy as a 20mm cannon. For when the going gets tough.
Ballistic Shield- A custom made full sized shield made from advance ballistic polymers and armored steel. This thing is incredibly heavy, but capable of stopping all but the highest powered rifle rounds.
Celtic Sword- A short stabbing blade similar in function but more artistic in it's design than a roman gladius. This is not an ancient weapon but one newly forged from modern steels.
Body Armor - Aneria made this suit of armor using modern armoring technology and ancient armoring technique. The result is a suit of protective gear that is both incredibly durable but also surprisingly easy to maneuver in. On the back of the armor is the standard Police logo, lest she be mistaken for a vigilante or well equipped baddy.
Weaknesses: Sunlight, Torpor, Fire
Weakness- Being exposed to the natural light of day renders Aneria's powers unusable. Any currently active effects will be cancelled immediately. While in the light of day Aneria is functionally human (although she still shows no signs of aging and will begin regenerating as soon as the sunsets if injured or disabled).
Weakness- If Aneria receives too much physical trauma or is active for too long a time without resting she can fall into a coma like state called Torpor. In this state she is completely unaware of the world around her. The length of her sleep depends on what caused it.
Weakness- Fire is the bane of this vampire. Although she can use her supernatural resilience to help mitigate the damage; fire is by far the easiest way to disable Aneria for an extended period of time. If fully burned to ash Aneria is destroyed. This is the only way to truly destroy her and she is instinctively aware of it. Anyone brandishing a flame against her gets a bonus to intimidation rolls. Also fire ignores her normal vampiric resilience, requiring her to invest blood to provide protection.
Contacts: Red Cross- Aneria has wisely made friends with several of the phlebotomists in the greater LA area. She can't over tax them, but on occasion they have been known to furnish her with a few free units of blood.
