PART-TIME STUDENT
Player: Gradius
Name: Adena Monica Zillian
Codename: Foxfire
Age: 18
Height: 5'7''
Weight: How rude!
Hair: Fire red, with silver streaks and black tips
Eyes: Gold
Nationality: Half Japanese, half American.
Occupation: Student
Appearance: A slender young woman with fire red hair, streaked with silver and tipped black. Her face is completely covered by a large onyx mask in the form of a fox's face, with the eyes tinted for one way visibility. The mask even has ears that seemingly appear from her own head, popping out from under the waves of hair. She has a lovely face of mixed western and eastern heritage, with glittering golden eyes. Her body is lean but well muscled, and she walks with a grace and confidence befitting a businesslady, and her demeanor makes her appear taller than she really is. A pair of expressive black-furred fox ears poke up out of her red hair. She also has five fox tails poking out behind her. The fur of the tails is black, but the tips glow an array of colors when she uses her elemental magic.
When moving about as a civilian, she tends to dress very casually, sometimes in American styles and other times in more traditional Chinese style, but she never ever -ever- takes off the mask. Ever.
Costume: A skintight black body suit designed to be watertight and fireproof, with a large crimson cloak that obscures her movements and makes her seem like a bigger target than she is, white at the bottom. Her gloves are thick but flexible leather, backed by metal fox paws with claws on them. Accompanying her usual tail are two more, projected from the back of her utility belt.
Insignia: The Chinese circle of elements, with a fox-face shape in the center backed by two crossed swords, one newly forged and still glowing hot, the other ancient and rusty.
Personality: Intelligent, and while she can be coaxed to reveal her more 'fun' side, she remains more or less stoic. Not antisocial, but she can have a hard time understanding people due to lack of exposure to them.
Background: A businesswoman who built her father's company into a multinational corporation with her good intuition, solid reasoning, and hands on approach. Working side by side with her developers, she gained the respect and admiration of every employee no matter how low or high on the totem pole. But with the growth complete and the company at the top of its game, she found herself bored with the day to day running, which gradually trickled down to nothing as it became self-sustaining. It came to the point where she could literally take the day off without telling anyone, and no one would notice she was gone. So she did. Again and again and again...
Finally, she just left for good in search of something new and exciting to do, to find herself in the care of a certain kitsune...possibly...
Why go to college when you've already won the game of life? It came to the attention of the board of trustees that while their 'boss' was good, she didn't have any formal training or degrees to speak of. Even if she was bored of the company, she was certainly not about to let it pass out of the family, so she agreed to get a degree while a proxy took over her job temporarily (And if he valued his reproductive organs, he would run it to her specifications, when at all).
Why the mask and the tail? .... Transmutation accident. Don't ask.
Adena currently has five tails.
In a fight with KayOnJiScheSyRaxUs, her physical form was obliterated by the Mass Key. She was saved from erasure by her mask, and after some training she was able to return to the material world. This came with a new mask and a third tail. This came with a new mask and a third tail.

Endurance---- Remarkable (20)
Reasoning---- Incredible (40)
Intuition---- Fantastic (30)
Psyche------- Fantastic (30)
Hit Points: 110
Mental health: 100
Resources: Excellent
Source of Income- Successful military technology firm.
Origin of Powers: Human/Kitsune hybrid spirit.
Powers:
Materialized Spirit- No longer truly flesh, Adena is a Human. Kitsune half-breed spirit, permanently materialized. Many mundane diseases do not affect her.
*Perfect Hybrid- Adena has achieved a state of balance in her being. She now has a stable body needing no artifact or effort to maintain. It gives her the base form of a human female with fox ears and tails. She ay freely change into a 'nromal human or fox, though these do not give her the benefits of her pure forms. She may also roll Psyche (at -2CS) to summon Artifacts or activate Un-Tech without being in a pure form. She has the 'Animal Senses' and 'Technopathy' abilities of her pure forms.
Masks- The mask no longer controls Adena - she now commands them. She may go without a mask, or summon one with a psyche roll. She can only benefit from one mask at once and others cannot wear them. Masks have Fantastic(50) HP, and Good(10) True Invulnerability (protecting their own HP only) and require a Called Shot to be hit.
*Sealing Mask- A mask of Adena's own design, it gives Adena Remarkable(20) Damage Absorbtion (applied after worn armor but before natural) and breaks when these points are depleted. The mask absorbs all damage from the attack that breaks it (only damage that would have been dealt to Adena).
*Mask of Halves- This white-and-black mask gives her no bonus, however Adena may remove it and assume her choice of full human or full kitsune mode. She may summon other masks in these pure forms, but must summon the Sealing Mask to return to her Perfect Hybrid form, though she can remove it afterward with no penalty. Adena can also remove or banish the Mask of Halves without transforming.
*Mask of the White Leaf- This mask is as white as innocent flesh and has a leaf carved in relief on the forehead. It honors Adena's sensei, and gives Adena +1CS to Psyche.
*Mask of Fire- A mask carved of jasper and carved with flames. This mask gives Adena +2CS to any use of alchemy involving fire, but causes her to take double damage from Water attacks. She cannot use Metal alchemy or artifacts with the mask on.
*Mask of Earth- A mask made of shimmering mica. This mask gives Adena +2CS to any use of alchemy involving earth, but causes her to take double damage from Wood attacks. She cannot use Water alchemy or artifacts with the mask on.
*Mask of Metal- A mask forged of titanium, laser-etched with incomprehensible patterns. This mask gives Adena +2CS to any use of alchemy involving metal, but causes her to take double damage from Fire attacks. She cannot use Wood alchemy or artifacts with the mask on.
*Mask of Wood- A mask carved of unpolished wood, accented by bits of bark and green veins. This mask gives Adena +2CS to any use of alchemy involving wood, but causes her to take double damage from Metal attacks. She cannot use Earth alchemy or artifacts with the mask on.
*Mask of Water- A mask made of lapis lazuli and marked with Japanese wave symbols. This mask gives Adena +2CS to any use of alchemy involving water, but causes her to take double damage from Earth attacks. She cannot use Fire alchemy or artifacts with the mask on.
*Mask of the Beast- This highly detailed mask evokes a grinning, feral fox. It gives her +2CS to Fighting and Agility, but -2CS to all mental attributes. This mask requires a Psyche roll to remove.
*Mask of the Mind- This mask is more of a pair of glasses. Strange symbols pass along the lenses as it gives Adena +2CS to Reasoning but -2CS to all other attributes, as well as a detraction from her social skills. This mask requires a Psyche roll to remove.
Spiritual Fortitude- Adena adds her Psyche value to her total hit points.
5-Element Control- Adena has the Fantastic(30) ability to Conjure, Command, or Transmute the spiritual elements of the 5-Element system.
*Elemental Conjuration - only Conjure once per round. Conjure one Unit of Magnitude on a Yellow. Conjured material generally appears in the shape she desires, complex shapes may require complications.
Units of Magnitude:
-Earth- 100 pounds
-Metal- 5 pounds
-Water- 50 gallons
-Wood- 50 square feet of dry boards OR a 5-foot-tall live plant OR 5 pounds of raw flesh
-Fire- Incredible(40) Points of damage worth.
Note: Attacking with Conjured Fire is multiple actions; one to conjure the fire, then an Agility roll to attack; base damage is based on the result of the conjure roll modified by the attack roll.
*Elemental Manipulation- Adena can Manipulate twice as much matter as she can Conjure. Larger amounts with multiple actions, needs a Yellow for each unit of magnitude.
*Elemental Transmutation- as much matter as Manipulation, -1CS for every space on the cycle.
Note: Each step is -1CS, so transmuting Fire to Earth drops her from Remarkable to Excellent.
*Elemental Attunement- +1CS to Conjuration, Manipulation, and Transmutation of or to the given element for each level of attunement
-Metal- Level 1 Attunement
-Fire- Level 1 Attunement
**Pure Elements- if Adena is dealing with metaphysical spiritual Pure Elements her units of magnitude increase by 10x.
Element Control Attacks:
Fire Blast- Shoot a blast of fire for Good(10) damage without having to roll conjuration.
*Ferrous Fire Blast- Instantly freely transmute at least 1 ounce of metal for a Remarkable(20) damage blast.
Inject Fire- Excellent(14) ability to create heat within an object. Metal objects are superheated to do 10 extra heat-based damage. Flammable objects are ignited, burning for 10 damage per round. Up to 10 gallons of water are brought to a boil.
Injecting heat requires a stable touch; either an non-resisting target or a securely grappled opponent.
Blades- Weapons by weight
*Knife/Tanto- 1 pounds of metal, +2 damage
*Longsword/Wakazashi- 5 pounds of metal, +6 damage
*Broadsword/Katana- 10 pounds of damage, 2 handed. +12 damage with Good(10) Armor Piercing.
Note: Weapons may do different damage if given to someone else.
Equipment:
Fox Mask- Enchanted mask of black and white jade that provides magical protection and grants a weak shapeshifting ability. +1CS to resisting magical effects. Good(1) Armor vs magical effects. Fantastic(30) ability to shapeshift to anything between her base form and a full fox. Removing the mask entirely causes Adena to take on an Alternate Form (see below). The mask dematerializes and rematerializes some undetermined amount of time later.
Alternate Form- Upon removing the mask roll a 1d2. 1 is Kitsune, 2 is Human.-The masks are no longer equipment, and come and go as an extension of Adena's fearsome power.
Talens- equipment has been 'memorized', and can thus be Forged at +1CS.
*Fox Claws- Specially designed shuriken, shaped like numerous fox claws spiraling out from the center. Deal Strength+2 at a range.
*Fox Tail- A small sphere that ejects countless needles on impact. Affects all within 5 foot radius. Remarkable(20) explosive effect dealing Shift-0(2) damage with 100$ armor piercing. Victims who achieve a White or less on their Agility roll to avoid are blinded until healed.
Titanium Rod- Strength+4 bludgeoning damage. It can be transmuted into a Katana with a roll. Adena is attuned to this piece, so it does not incur the normal titanium penalty.
Steel Spheres- Fodder for Forging.
Holo-belt- This device projects two additional tails. The positions of the tails constantly and randomly change. Upon a successful called shot grapple check to grasp her tail, the aggressor must roll 2d3. On a 1 or 2 they have grasped a real tail, otherwise they have targeted a hologram and grasp nothing.
Clawed Gloves- +1CS to attack.
White Kitsune Booster Armor- Destroyed by KayOnJiSheSyRaxUs
White Kitsune Mk2 Booster Armor- A powered exo-armor of white-painted metal. It folds into a metal teddy-fox backpack when not in use. When in use it has digitgrade stilts.
*Physical Enhancement- +1CS to all physical Attributes.
*Sensory Enhancement- +1CS to Intuition.
*Speed Enhancement- Run at Agility miles per hour.
*Hyper Leap- Leap Remarkable(20) feet straight up or twice that forward.
*Elemental Aluminum Alloy Armor- Remarkable(20) vs all damage except Electric. Pure Elemental Metal alloyed into aircraft grade aluminum, for an ultra-thin super strong armor.
*Claws- +2 damage, +1cs to Fighting.
*Kuchisake Blades- Titanium plugs on each forearm that can be transmuted as a free-action into a longsword or katana blade. +10 Damage, Good(10) Armor Piercing.
**Futakuchi Combat Computer- Activate as a free action, takes 1 round to activate. When active, gives -2CS to ranged attacks, but gives Remarkable(20) Dual-Wielding. 1 round to deactivate.
*Ferro Blaster- Tube on back of left hand that dispenses 1-ounce steel balls for Ferrous Fire Blasts, +1cs to attack.
*Talen Launcher- Produces a Talen with no roll by spending an action; can 'fire' the Talen with the same action.
**Talen Dispenser- In Teddy-mode, it can dispense a Talen into Adena's waiting hand by spending an Action but it cannot be used with the same action.
*Interface Mask- Mask cover has screens in the eye-holes displaying armor information. It has voice-activated commands and web-search. Teddy-Fox mode speaks search results.
*Teddy Mode- The entire armor can fold up into a teddy-bear sized cute fox shape small and light enough for Adena to wear like a backpack.
*UN- The suit has pockets of Universal Neuter in it, enough to protect itself and the wearer from Universe Keys. These pockets of UN are connected to electronics, which in turn are not connected to any other part of the suit. What they are there for is a mystery.
Weaknesses:
Jade- Adena's powers cannot affect jade. Barriers of jade may render her powerless
Tendertail- Firmly gripping any of Adena's tails nullifies all her powers until it is released. Catching Adena's tail requires a called-shot grapple attempt. A jade band placed around her tails will also cancel her powers.
Fried Tofu- Contact with or ingestion of fried tofu penalizes Adena -3CS to all power rolls.
Sprit Hybrid- Being a Spirit, Adena may be vulnerable to things that affect them.
Special Materials- Some materials are harder to work with than others.
*Adamantium- Cannot create or affect with powers
*Titanium- -2cs to Manipulate due to difficulty to work with. Conjures as a shapeless mass.
*Vibranium- -2cs to Manipulate, cannot conjure or transmute.
*Gemstones- Gems are Earth, but their Unit of Magnitude is 5 carats.
Contacts: Zillian Industries, government contacts in Defense, though they no longer 'formally' recognize her and are more contacts of the business than herself. Shrine-portal to the spirit world.
Knowledges: Blacksmithing adept, Weapon Design prodigy, business instinct prodigy, magical lore adept
+2CS to Engineering-related rolls.
Skills: Acrobatics, Swordplay
+1 to Agility for acrobatic feats.
Notes:
Adena's father roams the spirit world. There is a small shrine transported to LA that may function as a gateway.
Kitsune Mode:
Appearance: Retaining the same basic build, Kitsune Adena is Adena as an anthropomorphic two-tailed fox. She has lovely auburn fur and white undercarriage and hands and feet dipped in ink. She stands on the toes of her paw-like feet, giving her a high-heeled posture at all times, and the fur fluffs out over her curves and the tails exaggerate the sway of her body.
If she remembers, Kitsune Adena wears a shoulder-less sleeveless black silk double-breasted cheongsam dress with bold gold embroidery and buttons. The skirt of the dress is cut into 5 strips, up to the waist, and the strips are colored for the 5 elements, and embroidered with symbols and images for them. However, Kitsune Adena appears to be able to summon up whatever clothing she likes.
Personality: If normal Adena is super-intelligent, the Kitsune is super-clever. She loses much of her higher concepts of putting fancy devices together and business and manners and things that come from the 'thumbs' side of the family. However, she is by no means stupid. She is a trickster, a conniver, a schemer - a holder of grudges and a puller of pranks. Honestly, she is a little bit mean. It's all in good fun, however, and she rarely crosses the line to malicious. She is wild and free, able to overcome the repression of Adena's traditional Chinese upbringing and life of board meetings. Free of the trappings of society and that pesky human 'morality', she does whatever she want to whoever she wants. Kitsune Adena is prone to smoking and drinking, when smokes and drinks are available. She's still Adena, though. She is generally very upset at being returned to her normal form.
Fighting----- Fantastic (30)

Endurance---- Remarkable (20)
Reasoning---- Remarkable (20)
Intuition---- Fantastic (30)
Psyche------- Remarkable (20)
MODIFICATIONS:
-In pure Kitsune mode, Adena does not have her bonus to technological reasoning
-Adena does not have any of her Equipment in Kitsune mode. It all gets sucked onto her fox pocket.
-Conjuring Elemental Fire is too big to direct. It will hit everyone in the vicinity, including Adena.
-Kitsune Adena does not know how to work super-technology and some regular technology.
Fox Pocket- When Adena becomes the Kitsune, everything she was wearing, holding, and carrying gets sucked into a little pocket dimension near the small of her back, unless she was explicitly holding onto it. Never fear, whatever outfit the Kitsune chose to wear is already there when the other stuff is pulled away. Everything is returned to its proper place when Adena changes back.
Animal Senses- Kitsune Adena has the functional ears and nose and whiskers of the fox.
Claws- +2 damage. The increase in Fighting ability is reflected in her stats. Kitsune Adena may choose to do normal physical damage, or turn her claws to Elements for the following effects:
Earth- Double damage on a power attack
Metal- Incredible(40) Armor Piercing
Water- Cold damage, stuns for a round on a crit.
Wood- attack returns 1/4 damage (rounded down) dealt as health.
Fire- Fire damage. Target ignites on a crit and burns for 5 damage per round for 1d5 rounds or until put out.
Playthings- Kitsune Adena can create Adena's Talens without any base material to transmute.
5-Element Alchemy- Kitsune-Adena performs this at Incredible(40).
*Pure Elements- Kitsune-Adena can conjure pure elements in addition to mundane elements. Pure Elements dematerialize when Adena leaves the Kitsune form. The Pure Elements function at the larger order of magnitude, and have the following qualities:
-Earth- Elemental Earth is neutral to everything save regular brute force. It will not burn, corrode, freeze, respond to magic or psionics designed for Earth control.
-Metal- A blade of Elemental Metal will cut through anything and ignore all armor with the exception of more Elemental Metal. Elemental Metal can only be damaged or destroyed by Elemental Metal, Fire, or to a lesser extent Water. Two pieces of Elemental Metal react to each other on their own merit or the merit of their controller. It is not naturally magnetic.
-Water- Elemental Water cannot be held by any mundane seal. If put in a normal bottle with a cork, it will still leak out. Mundane Water will dissolve anything, though usually over a period too long to be relevant. Mundane Water grants Fast Healing to those submerged in it or to whom it is applied to at rank equal to their Endurance.
-Wood- Elemental Wood will grow and thrive in any environment save one overcome by Elemental Metal. It has Unearthly(150) Regeneration, but will not regenerate parts cut off by Elemental Metal. When it is left unattended it will continue to grow and change, and usually becomes violent. Elemental Wood may sometimes remain even when Adena leaves the Kitsune form. Elemental Wood summoned as dry boards has none of these qualities, but is very easy to work with.
-Fire- Elemental Fire will burn almost anything. It will ignore armor listed as being against 'Fire' or 'Heat'. It will burn mundane water or fire. Exclusively, it will not burn Elemental Water, Elemental Fire, or UN. Elemental Fire, by nature, cannot be controlled. It cannot be manipulated by pyrokinesis or other fire powers; Adena is one of the rare things that has any control over it.
*Elemental Fire Blast- Blast of pure Elemental Fire for Fantastic(30) Damage.
*Elemental Artificy- Kitsune-Adena can conjure up objects made of materialized Pure Elements. She uses her Conjuring roll for this.
**Cycle of Destruction- The Elemental Artifacts cannot exist in harmony with certain elements. The presence of one will always destroy another.
**Earth: Slate Sedge- A broad conical Asian hat made of straw cords and slate panels. It shades Adena's entire body, save her tails. When worn, she can roll Spectacular(50) to call up a small wall of earth defensively. She may do this once per attacker, and it stops all attacks whose roll it beats. She may dodge the remaining attacks at -2CS. If an attack has any Armor Piercing ability, the wall instead grants her Spectacular(50) Armor vs any attack whose roll it beats. Alternatively, she may summon a wall and have it rush along the ground for Fantastic(30) damage, a single attack able to target a small group of people. Earth walls drop back into the ground when they are done being used. The Slate Sedge can be taken off, robbing the user of the ability to command earth walls. However, it can now be thrown with one action and called back with another. Thrown as a ranged attack, a struck victim is knocked prone, regardless of their size. If the Sedge is not recalled, it lays on the victim who must score 10 Strength successes to dislodge it. The equipping of the Grove Daisho destroys the Slate Sedge as the Daisho crumbles it to get sunlight.
**Metal: Meta-Cannon- This seven-foot-long, two-foot-across metal column is actually a gun. The majority of the length is a barrel with a bored barrel sheath, the last of it being the firing chamber. It fires 10-pound cannonballs, rapid fire, even though there is nowhere for said balls to be coming from. It bangs and roars and billows black smoke, and Adena can lift it despite how much it must weigh. Each shot does Fantastic(30) damage with Good(10) Armor Piercing. On a crit, the cannonballs explode, doing double damage instead of +50%. It has Good(1d10) Full Auto, but cannot concentrate fire. The Inferno Armor melts the Meta-Cannon.
**Water: River Cloak- Often a literal cloak made of clear water; often as not an embroidered dress of shimmering finest silk. In practice, the River Cloak can look like whatever the wearer chooses, but its normal states are so beautiful few change them without need. With only the need of an action, the cloak can wrap around the wearer and change them to the form of any sentient humanoid. This new image may be a real being, or only dwell in the imagination of the user. The change is only cosmetic, though visually flawless. However, a person with reason to do so may see through the facade with a contested reasoning roll - the seeker may get a bonus depending on their familiarity with the stolen image, or the user. The user may roll Reasoning to attempt to turn into a more alien shape of the same rough size as themselves. Greater still, through the mere willing of it and devotion of a round, the cloak can spread across the user and render them fully invisible. While invisible the user gets +2cs to melee attack and defense rolls, and +4cs to ranged defensive rolls. Additionally, should an invisible user fail to evade an attack, they roll 1d2 - and on a 2 they evade it anyway, because they are invisible. The invisible user is undetectable to all sight, scent, hearing, and taste, but may be detected in other creative ways by creative types. If the invisible user is hit with an attack that deals 40 or more base damage or is a critical hit, the cloak splashes away, leaving them visible once more! It reforms into a basic state at the end of the turn, but for the duration they hopefully had something on under it. The shapes and facades and invisibility are all illusions, and she still leaves the tracks of her paw-feet. The River Cloak thickens and dries away under the Slate Sedge.
**Wood: Grove Daisho- A pair of swords, katana and wakazashi. The handles are tight braided leaves and the crossguards their tips. The blades are made of thin, delicate-looking wood with edges so fine the light glows through them. They come with a winding series of vines to wrap around and decorate the user and hold their sheathes. The Katana deals +10 damage and the Wakazashi +6, and the Katana gets +1CS to Power Attacks when held in both hands. Both weapons, in their base state, return 1/4th(rounded down) of the damage they deal (after defenses) as health to the user. However, this ability can be traded off. Upon a Yellow hit or better with the Katana, the user may roll Intuition. Success causes the weapon to undergo a spontaneous adaptation to better harm the target, as ruled by the GM. Upon the user being struck by 20 or more points of damage, the user may roll Intuition. Success causes the Wakazashi and vines to undergo an adaptation to better respond to the attack. The swords can only be adapted to one enemy each at a time. Further adaptation is at an increasing -2CS. Adapting both swords to the same enemy can lead to a synergy bonus. The smoke and heat of the Meta-Cannon kills the Grove Daisho.
**Fire: Inferno Armor- Initially, it appears as a featureless samurai-styled armor, streamlined and neat and of form in image of the user. It is a glossy red all over, its interlocking plates slick and clean. However, upon being struck with an attack or coming into contact with anything solid, the spot bursts into flame and continues to burn. Soon, the surface will be covered in fire. The suit grants Remarkable(20) Damage Absorption to the user. This is not Armor, and not subject to Armor Piercing. The suit also grants Remarkable(20) extra fire damage to the user's unarmed attacks. Keep track of every point of damage absorbed and every point of extra damage dealt, and these points add on to the armor's abilities' stats and increase it as the score matches up. I.E, collecting 10 points takes the score to 30 and thus Fantastic Absorption and Bonus Damage. However, fire is not to be controlled and for every +2CS the suit gets, the user gets -1CS to Reasoning. Too many warriors are lost forever when the fire is allowed to take over, and by that time it is often too great to put out. Directed Cold attacks subtract from the armor's total instead of adding to it, and attacks made of physical ice neither add not subtract. 100 gallons of water striking the armor will take away 10 points; anything less does nothing. Fire and heat attacks of course do nothing to the user, but their damage is still absorbed as much as the armor can; half the damage is added to the armor's points instead of 1/10th. The user may hurl fireballs by spending the armor's points, a good way to let off some extra heat, and each point spent on the creation of the attack deals 1 point on a Yellow. If the user can already throw a fireball, this damage can be added to that ability. If the user's Reasoning reaches Shift0 they lose control entirely and the fire does as it pleases, and fire rarely pleases to do anything constructive. The user regains their self-control when the fire is reduced enough that the user's regular Reasoning is destroyed. Notably, the Inferno Armor will destroy and consume virtually anything the user tries to use or carry, unless the object itself is made of Earth or Fire or is extremely fireproof. This applies to the Grove Daisho, meaning the only other artifact that can be equipped is the Stone Sedge. The River Cloak snuffs out the Inferno Armor.
**Cycle of Creation- The draw of commanding 5 artifacts at once is strong and the possibility, though scarce, exists. Normally Adena can only Conjure once per round, thus only one Artifact per round. However, by stating she wishes to do so and devoting the entire round to doing so, Adena may roll Conjuring as a 5 multiple actions. She starts with the element of her choice and continues around the creation cycle. If all rolls succeed, she ends up wielding all 5 artifacts, they do not destroy each other, and the Inferno Armor does not consume the other artifacts. However, if any roll fails, the attempt fails at that point, existing artifacts are destroyed in reverse order till she only has compatible items, and she is Exhausted till her next turn.
Note: Adena may roll more than five times, but if she does each individual roll must be assigned a specific artifact. For example, if her Conjuring were high enough to roll 10 times, she could roll each element twice in a row and only need one success on each. The Artifacts must still be conjured in order.
Human Mode
Appearance: Human Adena, less dramatically, appears as Adena minus the fox parts and with a normal human face. She wears whatever she was wearing before and has no drastic difference from her sealed form. However, one may note that her expressions and emotions seem muted. Her eyes fade from gold to an earthy brown.
Personality: If the Kitsune is all fun, the Human is all business. While she may enjoy the dignified pleasures of modern Man, if she is here she is generally here to do something. Cold, logical, calculating - she is more focused on things that are 'important' and can be a little dismissive to friends if she is thinking. She is not mean by any means, perhaps inconsiderate, but closer in personality to regular Adena than the Kitsune is. She is often rather pleased to be returned to her normal form.
MODIFICATIONS:
-in pure Human mode, Adena does not have her tails or the weaknesses associated with them, nor is she weak to jade or fried tofu.
-Human Adena has no penalty to alchemy related to titanium.
-Human Adena gets an additional +1 to physical attributes when wearing a booster armor.
Fighting----- Remarkable (20)
Agility------ Remarkable (20)
Strength----- Good (10)
Endurance---- Remarkable (20)
Reasoning---- Incredible (40)
Intuition---- Remarkable (20)
Psyche------- Remarkable (20)
Technopathy- Human Adena can control advanced computerized technology line-of-sight or within 10 feet at Good(10) ability. She can control such devices designed by herself at Spectacular(50) ability. This ability alone allows her to activate and operate her booster armor's UN-Tech.
*UN-Tech- The White Kitsune Mk 2 Booster Armor is equipped with pockets of the Universal Neuter material throughout which is hooked up to a techno-magical computer system that can only be controlled by Human Adena's Technopathy, or theoretically another Technopath with an understanding of both the system and 5-elemental alchemy. Human Adena may activate any Un-Tech device at any time as free action and any Un-Tech devices can be used simultaneously without detracting from each other.
While the Alchemical Artifacts are based on the nature of the elements, the UN-Tech is based more on the concept, and is not necessarily MADE of material one would recognize as any given element.
Note: UN is not consumed in the use the UN-Tech. Even the Fire transforms back into UN and retracts back into the armor. If any piece of any tech is lost, she will need more UN to replace and repair it.
**Ceramic-Composite Shield- A huge left-forearm mounted shield of layered ceramics and other purified earth. It is non-conductive, non-flammable, non-magnetic, and non-corrosive. It can Block for Fantastic(30) Armor or can deflect for +3cs to defense. If blocking, 'armor piercing' attacks do not reduuce the effectiveness of the shield. However, its weight gives the user -3 to Strength.
**Electromagnetic Flight Array- A pair of angelic, metallic wings from the back of the suit. They allow the user to fly at Strength MPH at their normal Agility. The wings give the user -1CS to defensive rolls. Attacks while airborne, unless they are self-guided, are at -2CS.
**Excited Polymer-Fluid Blade- A right-forearm mounted device that projects a blade made of energized vapor. The vapor consists of excited long-chain polymers; essentially, a swarm of microscopic chainsaws. The weapon deals Incredible(40) Damage. It ignores any worn armor that is not water-tight and may ignore some other armors; essentially, if there is room for the fluid to pass through the armor, the armor offers no protection. Advanced climate-controlled powered armors will generally stop this, plate armor will not, chainmail is right out. The blade is not solid at all, it merely retains its shape via an energy field, and cannot interact physically with solid matter. No Power Attack.
**Repurposed Energy Emitter- A network of small green solar panels connected by green wires that appears over most of the suit, and a large energy cannon on the right shoulder. In sunlight, the cannon charges 50 points at the end of each turn, and charges automatically. It can hold a maximum of 100 points of solar energy. Adena may fire the cannon releasing any number of points of stored energy at point-for-point damage. No points of solar energy are collected on a turn that the cannon was fired. Additionally, the network absorbs 50% of the damage of any energy attack that hits Adena, and this absorbed energy is collected point-for-point and can be used in the same way. It can hold a maximum of 100 points of absorbed energy, and when this limit is reached it protects no more.
***Synergy!- If the flight system is active, the network of energy panels spreads across them and thus charges 100 points per turn.
**Alchemical Reactor Vent- The suit is powered by a piece of UN that has been turned to swirling fire. A jagged 'mouth' can open on the suit's mask, releasing this fire in a 50-foot blast of roaring flame. This may target a single target for Spectacular(50) damage, or can be used as a Continuous attack for Remarkable(20) Damage. Either way, it may only be used once per round. The flame retracts back into the mouth after the attack.
***WARNING: The fire in this attack is the fire that powers the suit. 100 gallons of water targeted at the mouth will put this fire out and the suit will revert to battery power and UN-tech cannot be used till the fire core is replaced. 50 gallons of water puts half the fire out, giving Adena -3 to all actions while in the suit.
Player: Gradius
Name: Adena Monica Zillian
Codename: Foxfire
Age: 18
Height: 5'7''
Weight: How rude!
Hair: Fire red, with silver streaks and black tips
Eyes: Gold
Nationality: Half Japanese, half American.
Occupation: Student
Appearance: A slender young woman with fire red hair, streaked with silver and tipped black.
When moving about as a civilian, she tends to dress very casually, sometimes in American styles and other times in more traditional Chinese style,
Costume: A skintight black body suit designed to be watertight and fireproof, with a large crimson cloak that obscures her movements and makes her seem like a bigger target than she is, white at the bottom.

Equipment:
Alternate Form- Upon removing the mask roll a 1d2. 1 is Kitsune, 2 is Human.

Agility------ Remarkable (20)
Strength----- Good (10)
Endurance---- Remarkable (20)
